REGULAR SEASON DUES INCLUDE:

• CAHA weekend fees of approximately $5000
• August 2009 Season Opening Camp Weekend
• Runs from mid-August 2009 through January 2010
• 2 full ice practices per week (50 total in the season)
• 1 clinic twice a month (15 total in the season)
• SCAHA scheduled games, including referees
• Access to on-site weight and fitness facility

• Team jerseys and socks
• Tournament fees
• Playoffs
• Game scorekeepers
• Team practices above allotted 50 and during holidays

REGULAR SEASON DUES OPTIONS:

• $ 3,000.00 due in full at signing of Letter of Intent If you cannot pay in full, you can    choose the optional $3,250.00 payment plan below
• $ 1,000.00 due at signing of Letter of Intent

• $750.00 due October 1^st*
